A lovely experience!
professional staffrooftop poolcomfortable bednoticeable scent
The front desk staff were very professional and cute. This gave me a great first impression. The rooftop pool offered a nice area for relaxation. The bed was comfortable, and i slept soundly . This really made all the difference after a long journey.
I found that the cleanliness of the hallways needed more attention. A noticeable scent was present, which detracted slightly from the overall atmosphere.

The front desk staff showed amazing professionalism and were very helpful. They ensured all my needs were met promptly. Kamal at reception, in particular, gave really good assistance and demonstrated great kindness to all visitors, and i really appreciated this.

I found the rooms to be very large. The staff was courteous. I appreciated their help. It was near several food places!
The lobbies had a strange smell. I think someone was using them for peeing. The lights in my room were dim. It seemed like low-grade yellow.

vinay at the front desk was very helpful and friendly, a true gem. the hotel's facilities were really nice, i especially appreciated how close it was to the airport, it was so convenient.
i encountered some issues. i had to wait a long time for a room cleaner when i requested one, and the bathroom was leaking when i took a shower, not ideal.
